K800i Flashing Stops at 93%

HI guys.......
I have a k800i which got dead automatically......I have tried to flash it but getting errors....
WIth setoool when i identify the phone the software gives gdfs error!And not connecting on usb just connecting on com cable.....
With cruiser when i flash the phone and in main file flashing it stops on 93% everytime.....
I have cleaned and resoldered the main pcb....Nothing damaged on the pcb.....SO any idea to repair this phone??????.

i m not tried low speed ....but i don't think so it will work but let me try ......!any other solution so plz give me. thx for reply .

if already phone dead 1 way change flash ic sry...

if phone work u backup GDFS after write another phone working GDFS after restore backup units... but u say phone dead...

after change flash chip u must make empty board flash prodecure read FAQ in mobile-files.com
