hi to all . i have e250d it is water damage . phone good work but it is white screen i change flat cabel but it not work please help me

tank you bestcool where is power ic? i dont have schematic for e250 please show me in the pictuere or give me this schematic you think thise problem is power ic ? up side the maine connector is two filter whate is this work ?

1 .CHECK good flex cable
2. check charger connector
3. LCD connector
4. CPU
and power ıc : charge IC this IC main chip signal, power on lcd etc.. like nokia uem U403 in picture
